One aspect that the homesteader may or may not be using is the professional who helps the home or business owner to calculate their Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) financial benefits under IRS Rules 25C and 25D is called a HERS Rater. HERS is an acronym which stands for Home Energy Rating System.
