Designing a Sustainable Landscaping Plan (For A House on Cape Cod)

I am now looking at one of my favorite topics for my new house construction project, landscaping and landscape planning. The typical approach includes the need to lay down sod, or use of spray seeding. But, based on the rapidly changing weather patterns, we’ll also need to be open to much more of a sustainable landscape by leveraging clover, buffalo grass or what I cover in this month’s article.
