Getting Grounded For Serious Homesteading
Building Your Foundational Knowledge Base, Now (Rather Than Later)
This Track #4 educational series covers the in-dept aspects of camp lore, wood lore and camp cooking lore. This is a different approach than most instructors provide and it is one of the key aspects which sets my educational channel apart than others.
When I look at my background and experience with rustic backwoods homesteading, farming, ranching, herbal plant production (for edible and decorative herbs, such as oregano and lavender, and… no cannabis, nor hemp) and now, more recently, with green energy, I see several content / knowledge gaps in this core knowledge foundation. I want to cover these gaps, early on, to make sure we have what will be needed later. That’s the “know-how” that will make a difference for those of you who will be tackling the more adventurous aspects of homesteading. The type of homesteading challenge, that would be equivalent to starting a backwoods homestead in Alaska, Maine, or other serious homesteading venue.
Before we proceed, let me give you a quick definition of “Lore”:
Lore is a collection of traditional
knowledge and wizdom which has been collected by,
and passed down and across, many generations.
Please enjoy this rustic backwoods homesteading series!
