Cultivating Team Dynamics & Requirements Mastery in Agriculture

This is an educational module for mobilizing a farm, ranch or other agricultural organization and orienting / nurturing team dynamics and requirements management practices, in parallel, in Agricultural Organizations.

Introduction: Welcome to our foundational training module on the mission-critical importance of teamwork and team management within agricultural organizations. In this brief overview course, we'll delve into the natural four stages of team mobilization and maturation - Form, Storm, Norm, and Perform - and parallel practices of Requirements Management (RM). Together, these elements form the bedrock of successful collaboration and productivity in agricultural settings.

I teach both practices as separate educational objectives. But, here, I combine them and use each practice to reinforce the other.

The key rules of team mobilization and maturation is that there are four stages and a team needs to move through each, over a period of time. Stages can not be skipped, nor moved from it’s original place.
