Rough Grading Completed, Terrain Challenge Reduced

We are now at January 26th, 2025. The septic system is being and the rough grading has almost been completed. The terrain challenge is found behind the house. This is where we need to terrace the yard in successive 3.5’ elevations and create barriers to rainwater run-off erosion.
